Are the classes entirely in German?

No. The instructions and grammatical explanations are in English. There are many German examples, and you also get a chance to practice your pronunciation, but the instructions and comments are always in English.

How long can I access the class?

You will be able to access the classes for a year, starting with the day of sale.

What to do I find the class unhelpful?

We are very confident that this will find the class incredibly helpful. If, however, you do not find the course useful, feel free to contact us.

What do I do if I cannot access a video or have other technical difficulties?

If that is the case, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you access the material. 

Are these classes only for advanced/beginner students?

Generally, the classes are for all levels. 

When can I access the classes?

You can access the class immediately after purchase and 24/7 365 days a year.

I would like to contribute to the blog. Where can I submit my article?

We are always interested in hearing about your experience with Germany, Germans, or the German language. If you are interested in submitting a blog article, please submit it via [email protected].

How do I know the correct answers to the exercises?

All exercises include an answer key that gives you the correct answer. 

Can I access the class even if I have partial or total hearing loss?

Yes.

The Cases-Course is accessible for people with partial or total hearing loss as well. If that applies to you, you can write to us to receive a PDF with the text of the instruction videos. The exercise videos, however, are not subtitled and have no written transcript.
